1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. 2Cream the butter and sugars on medium-high speed.

5. 5Combine the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt in another bowl.

8. 8With a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips.

10. 10In a greased 8 inch cast iron skillet press in the cookie dough evenly. Smooth over with a rubber spatula

12. 12Cookie Skillet: Bake 26-30 minutes or until dough is golden brown. The inside will be slightly gooey. Cook longer if preferred, just cover with foil to prevent burnt edges
