Eggless Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
The milk here does the heavy lifting that eggs usually do, binding everything together while keeping the dough soft and scoopable, so don't skip it or swap it for something thicker. Fold in your mix-ins by hand at the end so you don't overwork the dough and lose that tender texture.

Eggless Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
Gather
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick salted butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Reese's Pieces (to taste)
- semi-sweet chocolate chips (to taste)

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, cream the peanut butter, softened butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar until combined and creamy.
- Add the salt, milk, flour and vanilla extract. Mix well with a stand or hand mixer.
- Fold in the Reese's Pieces and chocolate chips with a spoon or rubber spatula.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes. Voila... Eggless peanut butter cookie dough dreams!!
