Thirty-Minute Taco Soup
Brown the beef really well in the skillet before everything goes into the Crock-Pot, because that golden crust is where all the savory depth comes from. After that, the soup mostly takes care of itself while you do other things.

Thirty-Minute Taco Soup

Gather
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can corn
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 small cans green chilies
- 1 can black beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet dry ranch mix
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- Sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips and cilantro for topping
Let’s cook
Steps
- In a large skillet cook ground beef until browned.
- Drain fat and put meat into crock pot.
- Add corn, salsa, chilies, black beans, taco seasoning, and dry ranch mix into the Crock-Pot and mix together.
- Pour in beef broth and allow to simmer on low or 30 minutes.
- Top with toppings.
